This program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this program remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall I or my suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of business and/or personal profits, business and/or personal interruption, loss of business and/or personal information, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of or inability to use this program even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you and as such I ask that you not use this program for developement on your Palm device.

Anyone distributing MP3 Tracker, Version 1.0 for any kind of remuneration must first contact Knowledge DeZigns, Inc., at the address below for authorization. Knowledge DeZigns, Inc., must be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of MP3 Tracker).
